A personal path to adult dentistry
Growing up in a military family, Dr. Wolter spent much of his childhood overseas. His family was stationed in Munich during his high school years, and he went on to study dentistry at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. After graduating in 1990, he practiced in Munich while completing an advanced dental degree at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, awarded with honors in 1995.
He then moved to Chicago for postdoctoral study at Northwestern University Dental School. His time there included advanced clinical training, a master’s degree, and full-time clinical teaching. In 2005, he moved to Arizona. Two years later, he opened Millennium Dental Arts to address the needs of the area’s many retirees and older adults.
Today, his work centers on comprehensive restorative care, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and periodontal health. His goal is to help each patient understand their options and make choices that reflect their health, comfort, priorities, and long-term goals.
